WPEX ($5 5 man) SB vs BB

Blinds 15/25 I'm the SB w/1360 chips, BB has 1395 chips. Folded to me in the SB. I have AQs and raise to 75. BB re-raises to 150. I had notes on BB from a previous SNG that he would raise frequently at early levels from 6-12x BB but so far in this tourney (18 hands) he had not been doing this. My image should be one of a tight player in the early stages. Should I just call oop or re-pop?
