[/ QUOTE ] if you are like 2 shakes in and hating it then it probalby isn't gonna work, sorry bro... my recommendation would be to read some berardi articles and start living by the 7 habits as well as possible...keep a food log on fitday or some other site and track everything you put in your face...get lots of veggies + protein and keep your calories in check and you can lose a ton of weight while not being a social weirdo for a month and starving yourself... link to 7 habits is in the faq... this will also teach you to cook and prepare your meals for the future, something that the vDiet won't do at all... |

well... i think i can do it as long i know it's a good idea. i can probably handle some stomach rumbling and nasty shakes for a while...
the 7 habits sound like good for the long term but that sounds like your standard 1 lb/week weight loss plan. anything that's a bit faster? |
