Wow, that line was kind of taken badly. I relate WW as entertainment (fun activity) and also consider watching movies entertainment (passive fun). The productive part is being able to multitask while watching the movie. So, I'm getting [censored] done and being entertained as opposed to just being entertained.

Well, you have a choice - throw around completely random votes, which isn't much fun - or frantically try to keep up with the thread and somehow find time to reread previous posts. But there's hardly time to analyze let alone write analysis in turbos if you're doing anything else -- so, yes, it's somewhere north of hard, and just slightly south of impossible, to multitask during a turbo, if you want to get anything actually useful done and play somewhat decent WW.

That is why I don't ever play turbos. I tried a few, learned the hard way they were unsuitable for work hours, and found them much less fun than most other ways to spend two or three hours of an evening.

Having them in a loggable chat environment would be a real boost - especially something like an IRC channel where you can have a countbot running automatically behind it. I'd try them again then, with the ability to watch it scroll by as it was posted rather than have to refresh and read.

Meantime, y'all do what you want with turbos, since without some very major changes, I won't be interested.

i guess its true

i got really pissed off one day when shorty and clown were playing graffitti at the same time as a turbo and were both villagers throwing random votes causing us to lose

i sometimes one table during a turbo though without too much problem
