AKs preflop decision

4 handed 50100 on Full Tilt. Eff. stacks 10K.

I got AKs in the small blind. UTG[~CO]=Badankadonk opens to 350. Button - cant remember who it was, but a std.laggish guy as well, who reraise kindda light makes it 1200. I have played kindda laggish as well.

What is your std. play here?
