However, how are you going to change things if people are going to answer the question: "where should I play" and you say party every single time. Basically, what I'm getting at here, how/what would it take for the players here to go over to stars and have stars be the #1 poker site? Are you saying if they offered rakeback/more bonuses that more people would go over there? Because I seriously doubt it.

[/ QUOTE ] Your right because party already has bonuses, vip, rb, and a huge selection of fish and table selection at games 2-4++. also partys advertising would seem to apeal to the fish who wants to just go play some fun poker. Stars advertising seems aimed at players who want to learn how to play poker and become the next wsop champ. A lot of party fish stay fish, while i bet a lot of stars fish are actualy trying to improve and become a little better.

It is really a pointless argument, but you are right; if you ignore the MAIN reasons people prefer Party, Stars is better at the minor things. Other than THAT, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play?

I wonder how much truth it has to it and, if true, does the advertising arm of Stars understands that by promoting their site the way they do, they are effectively "raising the bar" on poker (i.e. - creating a place where the fish disappear faster). Very interesting idea.
