Default NL100 88 turns into bluff catcher.

Villain is 30/16/1.1, havent seen him do anything out of the ordinary but I haven't sat that long at the table.

Does he have a missed flush here often enough to make this call +ev?

Mainly protecting against overcards. But also thought it might slow him down so I can get to see a cheap showdown. Very bad?

I'd often raise in a situation like this. With the intention of checking the turn and calling a river bet providing the flush and straight draws don't get there. Does this not get the most value from such hands?

As played I'd seriously consider calling.

IDK, I don't think the flop raise is too bad as goons like the villain in question rarely b/3b combo draws. Against a TAG I think that raise/folding is by far the worst line as most 2+2 TAGs are b/3bing a lot of hands in that spot.
