Default two pair on draw heavy board

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.01/$0.02 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $3.69
BB: $4.50
UTG: $0.99
MP: $3.83
CO: $0.57
Hero (BTN): $4.73

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.02, 2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.08</font>, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.06

Flop: ($0.19) J Q A (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets $0.10</font>, Hero calls $0.10

Turn: ($0.39) 8 (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets $0.02</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.32</font>, UTG calls $0.30

River: ($1.03) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets $0.16</font>, Hero calls $0.16

Pot Size: $1.35 ($0.05 Rake)

What would you do on this board?
Would oyu reraise Villains Flop bet? I think reraise makes no sense because my kicker is to weak.
But I think that I missplayed the Turn when I hit two pair. Is it the right way to push more? About PS or more?
The River-Call I think is standard because of its small Size.
thanks

Re raise his flop bet. The point is your hand is weak but you got top pair, so you want to clarify right then and there where you stand. Just calling gives you no information. If you re raise and he calls you can put him on a range, seeing as how he limped from UTG hes probably packing less than AJ so most likely QJ,KJ,JT,QT etc. By raising the flop you will lose less money on later streets. If he re raises you on the flop then you can dump the hand and if he calls then you can slow down. You also have fold equity since he may be just probe betting.

The turn and river are fine but seeing as how he min. bet the turn he was most likely on a draw of some sort on the flop or a lesser pair than you had.

Unless I know what his donks mean I doubt I raise the flop. I might but I need to know what his style of donking is. I would make a potsize raise on turn as his bet looks pretty weak but sometimes these guys make these bets with the nuts. River I would call but I wouldn't be calling cause I think I am ahead I would be calling to gain information.
