as OP said, raise more pf, to 3.5 or $4. you need to cut down on his implied odds when you both have 200BB.

when he calls your smallish RR from UTG, his range (if he recognizes that the effective stacks are deep) is probably 77+ (if he's a set miner), AQs+, and maybe some higher suited connectors, but I doubt it based on his pfr stats and early position. as played, your smaller raise has a wider range calling profitably, and maybe he understands this, but probably not.

if you made the larger rr, his call would put around $7-8 in the pot, at which point I would bet $5-6 or so on this dry flop. When he calls you have to give him credit for JJ-AA, 88, and perhaps 9Ts.

the Q on the turn makes your hand worthless IMO. You are chopping in the unlikely event he has the other two kings, and losing to every other hand in his range, even 9Ts. Unless he is a constant floater or bluffer, you are almost never good here.
