SB 3 betting range

I know this gets discussed to death, but its for good reason cause its kinda important, and Im getting killed in the blinds. I did some searching and found a few old blind defense threads but I'm interested to hear from people and maybe get a discussion going.

Standard decent, position conscious, but not amazing 23/16/2 TAG open raises in CO, what are you 3 betting from the SB?

Obviously the simple answer is that it depends on many things, but I feel like I'm folding too much here and would like to get some general thoughts for playing in this position?

i dont defend (esp the SB) very aggressivley to CO steals.
this is subject to change (esp the more often they PFR or steal).
