You think a straight, a set, or the 8c could call a raise here? And would have bet pot in the first place?

well he is 35/9 not 70/5. I dotn see much value in the river raise.

a bluff means they fold better, they never do, so its not a bluff

no, a successful bluff means they fold better. i'm pretty sure he calls with worse very very close to 0% of the time unless he's on massive tilt. if they never call with worse, and you raise, what do you want them to do? fold, i imagine..so if you're raising to get someone to fold, i'd call that a bluff.
