Default 100NL AK; 3 bet pot vs. villian with a little history; CR flop?

Villian is 33.5/26.5/2 postflop agg. over 90 hands

Is it real dumb to try to check raise him on the flop in the hand in question here?

What about shoving turn if I c-bet and get called?

Here's some hands that happened a little earlier...basically I 3bet him a few times and 1 times I dunno what he was doing but he calls my c-bet with A high and then checks turn and river behind. Then the next time I 3bet and c-bet he folded
the flop. Now here I am with A high after 3betting.

So should I just standard c-bet/fold here? Should I ever shove the turn if my c-bet gets called? Is it real dumb to try to check raise him on the flop here?

Hand 1: No HH. I just 3bethim in steal situation, I think it was a squeeze actually. Both folded.

I wouldn't cr, he folded to your cbet once and called with AQ once. I'd bet 20 again and fold to a shove. You don't know how much he bets when checked to and you also don't know if he folds a pair after he bets. Just bet/fold.

I wouldn't because in the KQ hand he checked it down with AQ so you don't have to worry about him bluffing the turn if you check and he bets.

Also, if you hit an ace or a king if he calls a bet on the flop, I would definitely bet again.
