Plus he had the added incentive of everytime he went to smoke I'd start coughing and gaging -- like I was going to die. You don't have a little kid to do that for you but maybe get Anti-Smoking Elmo to sit there with you and cough and gag incessantly lol --- see if this spurs you on.
