PM me how to "think outside the box". I tried to get them to close my account but they refused, they only would suspend it.

So I haven't played there in over a year since they would not let me receive rakeback on my account through PSO (signed up originally through them for free gift before PSO offered FT rakeback).

I could easily create an account using my wifes information if I wanted to bad enough but still holding out hope they will offer some solution so I can just start getting rakeback on my own damn account.

Until then, I don't play there at all. Stars gets my 35-40k hands a month.

Sign up again worst case is they transfer all your funds back to your old account.
