Default Deleting accounts on FTP

Hey all. If I request FTP to permanently delete my account, can I

a) Sign up for a new one after that?
b) Be eligible for rakeback with this new account?

My worry is that they will match my IP with a previously existing account, and deny me rakeback, making this a moot point.

Thanks for the help.

E-mail support and tell them you want your main account closed period. After they email you confirming it you'll be able to make a new account complete w/ rakeback. Your old account will be closed from logging inn and everything so make sure you spend any FTP you may have saved up.

2p2J is wrong. They will never let you have an account with rakeback.

You got that right. I signed up (accidently) through a rake company. I never made a deposit or played. After about 6 mos. I wanted to sign with FTP for rake and told the new rake co. about it. He tried to get me a new account but was unable to even though he had conections (?). I e-mailed FTP with the same explanation but was turned down. I asked FTP who the rake co. was but they couldn't tell me who I signed up with/through. Good luck!

You are asking FTP to basically give you money, why would they let you do it?

If you are unwilling to play without the rakeback, then it would be in their interests to give you rakeback.

Hi,

I have no clue how saavy the rulemakers at FTP are, nor do I know how/why they implement their policies the way they do. I personally understand that it wouldn't be +EV for them to let me do it, and that's why this isn't a complaint post.

I was just asking.

Thanks to all who replied.

Its extremely easy to get a new account on FTP with your same name and all of the same info, AND rakeback. You guys just dont think outside the box.
