Two e-mails and four days for me after asking about why the bonus wasn't credited to my account, and I still haven't heard boo from anyone there beyond the two autoresponders that say my e-mail is important to them and they will answer it at some point in the future.

Are the people that are not getting responses getting the suto responses? if not its most likely your email that is blocking them.

Yes, I got auto responses.
Just now, I finally did get a response. It was a canned e-mail that said that Full Tilt does not have any control over my deposit limits and that I need to contact my payment processor to get my limits raised. What the hell that has to do with not getting credited for the deposit bonus is far beyond my comprehension. |
