So many people post the scathing, screaming and shouting emails on here and wonder why they get [censored] responses. There is a human being on the other end reading your email, and he hates being treated like [censored], and he isn't going to lose any sleep skipping over your email and leaving it for last. If he could get away with it, he'd probably just delete them all. I hate bad CS as much as anyone, but this type of crap isn't going to help. Write a letter to the manager/ceo/owner or whichever high-ups you can find it you aren't happy with it. Do yourself a favor, though, and make it a reasonable and thoughtful letter and not a temper tantrum. Disclaimer: This isn't directed at OP, or necessarily at the person to whom I am replying (though I have to wonder what 20 emails is going to accomplish), just to the general theme. |

I have had all responses to my e-mails in usually around 24 hours or less.

When I order a sandwich at D'angelo, I say 'please' and 'thank you'.
When I talk to FTP customer service, I say 'please' and 'thank you'. Amazingly, both my sandwich and my customer service are consistently timely and satisfying. Am I lucky too, or is there something else I'm doing right? |

You should receive auto response instantly and usually a reply within 24 hours im sure they get lazy and [censored] and take 2-3 days sometimes |

I found an offer on my account the other day for a 50% reload bonus. I accepted the offer, deposited, but no bonus was credited to me. I've sent them two e-mails -- nothing nasty, just pointing out that I wasn't credited with the bonus and please can you do so? -- and have received nothing but autoresponses from them.
I've never had any luck getting response to e-mails from FTP. Stars, on the other hand, always responds within a couple of hours no matter how important or trivial the question. |
