still lost as to what the reasons are not to sign it?

[/ QUOTE ]

It just seems very shady to sign something that is put out there by an online gaming site. I'm not going to sign it.

signing would be silly, someone with deep pockets is obviously going to sue neteller and it's going to become class action very quickly

neteller simply worded the release to seems threatening so that non thinking people will release them from a lot of legitimate litigation

US members do not need to agree to the Release in order to request and receive the payment of funds. However, US members who do not agree to the Release will, in turn, not be released by NETELLER

[/ QUOTE ]

wtf does this mean?

you do not need to agree to the release to get your money, but people who do not agree to the release will not get their money?

how the hell does that make any sense to anybody?

This is probably the worst thread at the moment in the zoo. No one has a clue what the agreement entails legally so how can you say either way?

They will allow you withdraw your funds, but will not release you from legal liability (as you are likewise not doing to them, by not signing the release). If someone can say that a little bit more clearly, please do.

Perhaps if one doesn't sign the release right away, one can go back and agree to the release at some later date.

If this were confirmed, that would diminish the benefit of signing the release.
