Prima skins refuse to run on my computer

I've tried a billion skins. Every time the same thing happens. It goes through the install, starts the program, the screen comes up saying its updating, it downloads the updates, installs them, then loads the program again. Now when the program loads, it gets to the "Checking Versions..." screen and freezes. Every skin, every time. Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: Fixed it, was some weird firewall glitch.
