Lee does that sometimes and I agree it's very classy.

He's appeared on a couple of my tables before as well.

i kind of would prefer they address all of their customers at once on some of the current issues that are obviously a bit concerning.
But he appears on the tables and that's a nice personal touch as well to show that they really to listen to their individual customers.
Showing up on these forums as he does is a positive as well.


Like the others mentioned, probably wouldn't have been a half-bad idea to ask him whether they are going to ban Americans or not.

I agree with you Microbob, especially the part about asking him about americans playing there. I was busy getting ready for work, eating breakfast, getting kids out the door to the bus and messing around playing a couple of tables and didn't even catch that he was there until about halfway into the time he was there.

Couldn't think of anything intelligent to ask so just thanked him for letting us play. He basically said that they are there and in business to offer poker games to people!

He didn't stay long but it was interesting to see him show up.

Lee has been known to divulge more details in table-chat then he does in his semi-official statements on 2+2.

It's possible that if he was asked then he would have given a bit more insight regarding their intentions than he did it that rather vague post and non-commital post he made.

Lee Jones is not going to say anything at the table that we wouldn't otherwise here very soon.

Table talk is just going to frighten the other players and everyone they repeat it too. The less we discuss things like this at the table the better off we will be.
