Villain is 22/6/1.5, and I don't recognize him. I never know if this is trips, 888, or two pair. Does everyone always just 3bet shove here?

you'll run into a flush here sometimes, but not often enough to warrant slowing down with your hand, especially vs a partial-stack unknown
