Internet Explorer 7 favourites help

is there any way i can arrange my favourites into my preferred order?

i used to be able to drag the page to my desired location in my favs list on the old IE but i cant now

click on the add to favorites button, then go to organize favorites -- from that popup you can rearrange the links
