Default Cant access webpage on my laptop, can on other computer

theres a soccer forum that i regularly visit but i now cant access it from my laptop - i can access the site no problem from my computer at work.

up to a week ago, i could also visit it no problem from my laptop - i havent made any changes to my laptop since that time.

the progress bar goes through the motions of "waiting for...." and then "done" but it then keeps repeating itself and the webpage never actually opens. It opens first try at my work computer.

any idea whats up?

I had the same problem with a golf site found updating the routers firmware fixed it for some reason.
