had only a few hands with villain, but they seemed pretty ABC.

I think I bet closer to $10 on the turn, as played fold is good.

i put him on something big. If he had JJ-88, he would happily call your small turn bet to get a cheap showdown.

Probably a set that is worried about draws. It is consistent with the limp/call line and OPs read.

Eek, bet more on the turn and then you can fold this more comfortably, I still think you were right in laying it down though.

I agree, a larger bet on the turn makes it easier to lay down here. As played, I fold too.

Basically, what everyone else said. lol Bet 10 on turn. I'd also raise more preflop ($3.50-$4.00)
