Default Rakeback Question

Just wondering about rakeback....
Do you get rakeback when you arent in the hand for example if you arnt in a pot and it went for $2 rake would you get any out of it?.
And wouldnt you just be able to go to a table and sit out and continously recieve rakeback?

Depends on the site. Some use the contributed method (you have to contribute to the pot), some use dealt (you just need to be dealt into the hand).

LOL of course not. If you're not dealt cards you won't earn anything towards a bonus or rakeback. And if you mean sit in and fold every hand, the blinds will eat up your RB and then some.

Dealt but they deduct deposit fees, store purchases, tourney overlays and bonuses so it won't be exactly what PT says.
