Default $3.30, 66, min raise followed by two flat calls on bubble.

I got this hand today and realized I had a lot of options for how to play it. How would you play this hand? (table has been tight, except for the original raiser who has been raising a lot and shown down A2 wich he raised from early position a few hands earlier). Also: this hand occured with 200 people left, top 180 get paid. This makes no difference to me, but to about 80% of the other players at micro stakes MTT's, this is a very important factor (fold to cash, etc).
