Merton:

HU is very short term. Regular poker is very long term. You better have the skill part down pat, or you'll lose a lot of money fast, very fast. The fact that the OP is asking for answers from a book, he's dead in the water in HU. Maybe I should just pat on the head and tell him to go for it, but I believe the man is looking for an honest answer. He got one.

Nice try CPA - congrats on watching whatever happened in Dec/06. I know what your screen name (even though you don't have the guts yourself to say who you actually are - internet anonymity is a nice crutch for blowhards isn't it) is and we have never played HU. If you like come on over to FT again and win some more clubs. I am not claiming to be any poker god - your attitude is just a little much at times.
