Default what should i do and why ?

Hi, this is a hand i've played and i don't know if i made a mistake by not re raising the turn :
(Vilain 1 et Vilain 3 are both loose players)

Holdem 0.50$/1$
Hero in the BB with [A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]]

Pre flop
Vilain 1 calls 0.50$
Vilain 2 calls 0.50$
Vilain 3 calls 0.50$
SB folds
Hero raises to 1$
Vilain 1 calls 0.50$
Vilain 2 calls 0.50$
Vilain 3 calls 0.50$

Flop [3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]] (4 players 4.25$)
Hero bets 0.50$
Vilain 1 calls 0.50$
Vilain 2 folds
Vilain 3 calls 0.50$

Turn [3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]][Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]] (3 players 5.75$)
Hero bets 1$
Vilain 1 raises to 2$
Vilain 3 cold call 2$
Hero ????????? (10.75$ in the pot)

Here i someone got 2 paires, like Q7 or QT and the other one was on a draw.
So i've got 9 outs to the nut flush draw minus the Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and the 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] which make a full house to someone ( = 7 outs), and the 3 Jacks which give me the nut straight draw ( = 10 outs). Maybe a As or a Jack is an out but i'm not sure if someone had already 2 paires.
So i've called.

Do you think i should have raised for value or not and why ?

I think to raise cause if i got nothing on the river i chek and fold but if i got something i can bet bet and be called by Vilains so i can obtain extra bets. On the other side if i call and got nothing on the river i would not lost the bet i've raised on the turn.
So i don't what is the most profitable.

Vilain 1 calls 1$

If you raise with a draw you do it as a semibluff or because you have equity. A semibluff will never work in this situation, especially since you don't plan to follow it up on the river and you don't have equity. Just play the odds here and draw to your nutflush, and donking the river when you hit is fine since it will often get checked through when the 3:d spade hits, but you often get looked up if you bet.

Standard up until the river.

I would bet, because v3's hand could be a flushdraw, which means he may raise you so you can 3bet. It also could scare v1 into checking.

Eh.. Have you read any of the basic book about hold'em, for example SSHE? You should start with that end read about the fundamental concepts of this game. Then read some threads and then start post some hands. I welcome you to the forum, but I think will gain more if you do some studies before you join the discussions.

check raising the river is a great play if either villian is aggressive enough to bet it. since they raised the turn they often are....however if they are very aggressive they will often raise top2/sets here, allowing you to 3-bet. i prefer betting for this reason.

also, look at the hands that called. do you think either of those hands were strong enough to bet? only in the hands of a maniac.
