If the regs stop us in the U.S. it will apply there are well, territories are included in the UIGEA. obg |

And apparently the Phillipines have some sort of free ports. Im not sure there exact legal status.

Wow, it's great to see where I'm going...but why does it take me 16 hours by plane to get there? They must fly over the North Pole to avoid Cuban airspace?
