Recording a Tournament with commentary

Hi, does anyone know of what software or what to use if you wanted to record a tournament that you are playing in with commentary on it. I see a lot of ppl do this and was wondering if anyone knows what to use to make your own. Thanks.

Tuff fish uses Camtasia studios.
