Good work guys! The mountain of evidence was too much and it worked. Just to get them admit was a big deal. So let's see what they say and if it's a lot then lets back off AP bashing for a while because this was big thing for them to do on their part. I know their jerks for trying to cover it up and all but, they have a lot of money at stake here. Hopefully they will fix the problem and make AP one of the safest sites from now on. I hope online poker will be ok from now on because I finally got a bankroll online (another site of course) lol.

Honestly I think it was the media finally picking up the story that broke them. I don't think they could hide it anymore. Should have been honest from beginning and they would be in a lot better shape.

Won't happen but ideal situation is everyone gets their money back. AP gets shut down. Whole scandal gets swept under the rug, and with all the new traffic to 2p2 we start a new jman pocket pairs thread.

This isn't enough, don't settle for this guys unless they are forthcoming with full details and willing to submit to a 100% independent audit. Don't let them buy you off.

Do you not realize how bad it would be for online poker and by extension all of us, if this thing is pushed any further?

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't think this is as obvious as a lot of you guys are making it out to be. From one perspective, I could also imagine it being bad for internet poker to have it be known that rooms can get away with this kind of garbage scot free.

Just a sidenote on Steamroller.

He was once sitting at a 150/300 table with $500,000 in his account, saying he put it in via bank wire. This was ~8-12 months ago

At the time they didnt have a game bigger than 150/300 lhe or 15/30 nlhe

Edit- This is not speculation or second hand knowledge, I was at the table.
