Default Calling Raises OOP from Blinds w/o Big Implied Odds

When I'm not getting implied odds to hit a monster, I tend to reraise or fold when OOP and I'm wondering if I'm missing out on some value.

1) How often do you do it?
2) With what types of hands do you do it with? Specify conditions if appropriate.

Here are some basic scenarios...

Scenario 1: Full table, UTG raises who you have no read on, you are in bb. Effective stacks 30+ bbs deep.

Scenario 2: Same as scenario 1, except the raise is from MP.

Scenario 3: Same as 1, except the raise is coming from the button.
