SB checks, hero throws up

stats haven't shown up yet, but the villian hasn't done anything of note really. He hasn't raised that much PF and has been a ghost at the table. MP was new to teh table, so nothing much on him

Comments on all streets are welcome as I wasn't sure about raising the flop, 3betting PF to hopefully clear the field. I wasn't sure at most points in this hand

You played the hand fine. I would check/evaluate the river with the intention of not overcalling.

Looks good so far. Check the river & don't throw up until MP bets.

3-betting preflop will make decisions on later streets easier, whether or not it's the right decision depends on your read of SB.

Flop is an absolute must must must must must raise.

I'd definitely keep betting the turn, and probably fold to any raise (Especially from MP).

I throw up on the river too, just realized the flush draw hit also. I can't really see betting being a good idea. Betting an offsuit K can't be too big a mistake (If a mistake at all), although if MP is a total fool you may be able to check to him and let him try a hopeless busted flush draw bet.

NH so far. I think you should call a bet, but not overcall.

would we have much value in 3 betting PF and is there any value in betting out on the river?

I think I would 3-bet preflop hoping to thin the field a bit but I don't know if there is any value in it except for some more information about SB.

River is a check for me and I know I will call one bettor but not two, expecting to lose anyway...

I agree with ILP (twice in one night, rare).

I had no idea you were still around KDawg. Whatever happened with FCP?

I think there is plenty of value in a preflop 3-bet. I would 3-bet lower pp's as well, 77 and 88.

If the limpers fold there is value from getting dead money in the pot and getting HU with position. Tho I doubt Hero has any eq edge against SBs range HU.

If the limpers doesnt fold Hero is getting money in with an eq edge.

I never really left, I just started spending more time in OOT/the lounge/EDF etc and the IRC channel. I'm still doing my thing at FCP
