[/ QUOTE ] Cool, thanks. If it gains some interest I'll put it back up. There is alot that can be done that, IME will benefit everyone in this project.

adsense was a bit cheezy tho.

[/ QUOTE ] I agree, and I did laugh at your update.

I've decided that I should give a screen shot of the forum to try and generate interest in it. Here is what i came up with for a general layout. It's up to you guys if you decide to use it, to keep the layouts, or change it around a lot.

Seeing as we'd have 60 members at most (and a lot of people will probably give up very quickly, sadly), having so many sub-forums might be counter-productive. How about merging the Adsense and SEO subforms, and maybe merging introduction and ideas into a "General" subforum?

Why would you merge SEO and adsense? They have absolutly nothing to do with each other.

I believe forums can be merged and split at any time. I'm not going to be able to please eveyone. Only try to figure out what the majority of users want. 1 point in having our own message board with details from different people who might have been gone about the whole creation process differently, can easily view the topics that they missed the 1st time around. Breaking it up makes it easier to . find the content you are looking for. If only one forum is best, I'd don't think we need a message board. But I'm sure we can work that out and even if people would have done it differently they won't really mind so much that it's not the exact demarcation that they envisioned.

The interesting parts are of who owns the content. Is it best to have all the forums to be private, public Some private some public. I certianly don't want to derail this project with lenghty discussion over the exact nature of a facilitaion tool. It doesn't seem like a facilitaion toll if we get side tracked on it. But if it's not to much of a distraction, I'd like to see it used.

I have high hopes for this project. And I envision some possible long term business partnerships to take place among various 2p2er. It's with that enthuesiatic optimism that I made the forum.

John Chow seems to know what he is talking about, but I can't believe google is 90% with all the other options available.

[/ QUOTE ]

Google is about 30 percent. Yahoo is 2nd followed by msn.

I've also made a forum for us. If we want to use it. This is one of the things I'd like to learn about. So I hope we use it.

Keep getting 404 errors on that. Tried just your domain and it times out also.

My experience has been Google will send 75-90% of all SE traffic if you have a #1 phrase on all 3.
