Default Call with GS+OCs? (shorthanded)

Only played about 10 hands with CO at this point. He's raised preflop once. Apart from that he's done little more than fold. Button is very loose and spastic sometimes.

Can I call here?

7:1 how many outs do you need? How many outs do you have?

I think the answer turns on how much we have to discount the OC outs and how much credit we can give to implied odds with our 4 GS outs. The diamond 9 is occassionally but not often a problem.

IMO the OC discount is pretty big so a fold may be the most prudent but a call is not a huge mistake with 2 villains either.

I think you can comfortably call this.

The river gets a bit tricky if you make your hand. I think we have to lead regardless of what hand we hit. I would love to check/raise, but I don't think we can rely on the unknown CO to bet again.
