That's for him just having a flush draw when you are ahead. I think most likely draw would be an overpair with a heart - then the break-even point would be a bit better than 25% (need to account for your redraw too, so perhaps 22% ish) but there is also a very strong possibility of set on set where he is drawing near dead, so I'd go with the lower figure. I just don't see a straight flush here. Basically I call this every single time.
