Default Michigan Law

If a home game is caught takeing a rake for profit in michigan, what is the penalty for players... and for the host?

umm i never said i was/is/or am planning to break the law. i was wondering what the penalty was. i never thought i would get a terribly rude comment when i was trying to better understand the laws of my state
