Default Advice and experience needed .

Hi everyone,

I deposited €10 and played on 10/20cent 10 person tables.
From 1 week of playing I have managed to get up to €106.52.

Anyway my cards are jinxed and nothing is holding up for me.......(variance)

So now i'm down to €61.42 and I have moved down to 1.2cent 10 person tables.
Is this the correct thing to do I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks alot.

You are sitting with about 30 Buy Ins at a .01/.02 (assuming BI at 100BB / $2.00) which is about what people say you should have minimally at a level so I think you're fine.

Bad start sitting down at a table with less then a BI in your entire roll.

I made 10 times my money in 1 week playing what I thought was very good poker.

I log in sit on a random seat how can I loose so many hands? It makes no sense.
Thanks again.

heater followed by cooler sessions = variance. I've been playing online for 4 years and can tell you that a 3 day losing streak is nothing. I think a lot of ppl here would tell you that too. 100K hands sample size is more of what you need to get a good feeling of the game. Not a week.

Good luck.

Just move down until the variance turns around for you, then you can move back to the high stakes.
