Default 2/4 No hand makes sense

I honeslty have no idea what he has. Villain is 21/17/3 regular, and seems good. We have been clashing preflop/on the flop but there has been no large postflop confrontations between us.

2/4 NL
Seat 1: BlackGoblin ($550.30)
Seat 2: Pohaku ($425.80)
Seat 3: CookbytheBook ($539)
Seat 4: Transkilla ($422.70)
Seat 5: Billybob8 ($606.40)
Seat 6: tptk1982 ($135.25)
CookbytheBook posts the small blind of $2
Transkilla posts the big blind of $4
The button is in seat #2
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to BlackGoblin [8c Ah]
Billybob8 folds
tptk1982 folds
BlackGoblin raises to $14
Pohaku folds
CookbytheBook calls $12
Transkilla calls $10
*** FLOP *** [6c 4d 8s]
CookbytheBook checks
Transkilla checks
BlackGoblin bets $30
CookbytheBook calls $30
Transkilla folds
*** TURN *** [6c 4d 8s] [9h]
CookbytheBook checks
BlackGoblin checks
*** RIVER *** [6c 4d 8s 9h] [Ac]
CookbytheBook checks
BlackGoblin bets $80
CookbytheBook has 15 seconds left to act
CookbytheBook raises to $495, and is all in

Thoughts on his range?

Looks like a fold. he has a set very often imo. He's not doing this for value with worse either, and his bluff frequency won't be high enough given your read.

Set or former made hand that doesn't want to call your river bet. I'd expect a solid reg to raise this flop with a set almost always, especially with another player yet to act, and even more so because you've been clashing.

Your hand looks to be a one pair Ace a lot on the river, IMO, and if he's the bluffing type, this looks like a decent spot. I'd be afraid of 99, but that's it. I think he'll show up with something like 78 or 67 once in a while as well.

Why? It seems pretty risky with the other player in there.

Even with 3-way flop action and him being OOP, people slowplay this flop with sets?

75s seems pretty possible, but I think worse 2 pairs are also in his range.

That board isn't very dangerous. Its not bb is going to auto-peel here, and your range here is going to be wide.

if he's capable of bluff-CRing rivers, then u might have to call
ur hand looks transparent, like u have AK or AQ and rivered an ace...if he's capable of making aggro moves like this, then i think he shows up with small-pair-turned-into-bluff a lot

I've played with this guy a ton and I would fold river pretty quick. This is almost never a bluff IMO, and if he wanted to make a thin value c/r with a worse 2 pair he's not going to stick his whole stack in.

Also, unless you have a TON of history, solid TAGs never take these weird lines that don't make sense without the nuts or near nuts in my experience.
