I guess this can be the early lines thread. What do people think about LSU/UF and OU/Texas? I like OU and LSU both in those games and will jump on any line -7 or better. I'm afraid LSU won't approach that number though. As for Auburn, I expect -10 over Vandy or something similar.

I would guess LSU will be -10.5, which seems kinda crazy considering Fla was #4 overall last week

No clue on OU/Tex ... is that treated as a pure neutral site game or some inherent edge to TEX?

It's pretty much neutral I think.

I'm not predicting the line here, but I have Oklahoma as 6 point favorites.

I'm looking forward to the Georgia/Tennessee, Vanderbilt/Auburn, and Wake Forest/Duke lines.

Every week, I do the same thing. Sunday afternoon I create my gut/outcomes predictions as 1 tool. Mondays, I look at the Sagarin ratings and apply Steele's HFA values for my 2nd tool, then I download the weekly stat print sheet from covers.com and use my own method to make a line with those for tool #3.

In step 1 today, the hardest game for me to cap off the top of my head was Oklahoma State @ Texas A&M.

I am projecting Kentucky @ South Carolina PK, O/U 56

I think Kentucky and Under will have value in all likelihood. Kentucky is slightly better on a neutral IMO.

Last year SC shut out Kentucky in the first half in Lexington and won 24-17. SC will be the first good D UK has seen, and the environment will be tough. Kentucky won't get 40 like they have the first 5 games.

However, SC has nothing that scares me on offense, and I think Kentucky's defense is still a bit underrated. I expect a tight, relatively low-scoring game.
