5ptbb/100 is not a big deal. there are a bunch of ssnlers i can think of off the top of my head who can get this. making another thread won't change how many people can already make 5+.

i'd say there are 3-4 ssnlers who could hit much more than that.

well i was lifetime ~5.5 over 140k before a 3 week break so lol at over 5 not being attainable.
