Raise or call this river? (2knl)

I got impression that villain here is pretty bad from previous hands. He seems to be very passive and likes to call alot. Hard for me to put him on a set here so would like some advice on correct river line. FWIW, we dont have any history.

SB bets $200, Hero raises to $X or calls?

yeah in hindsight its an easy raise. I dont really know much about opponent though and he seemed bad but I really didnt know at time. I agree a raise to $600-650 is way better then what I did (shove..lol..bad). FWIW, he instacalled me with TT

I dont see how this is a better question. Villain is described as bad theres unquestionable value in raising this situation, and more like it in the future.

i think you'll see a lower 8 almost always, our kicker plays so ship the monies. ~600 seems good to me.
