Default Issue with Microgaming

I really don't know where to post this thread, so I just do it here.

In December one of my pokeraccounts at Microgaming got locked out, due to multiple aliases on the network. All of my aliases was created when it was Prima Poker, and before I knew the rules about multiple aliases. The account which got locked in December, was the last of my aliases. All the other aliases had been locked out already.

Some few days after that account got locked out, I got an email from that Pokerroom, telling me that my account was under investigation. I was told to send in copies of the creditcard I used when I deposited, a copy of a bill showing my full name & address, and so on..

One month later I still hadn't got any email back from them regarding my account, so I sent them a new mail. I was told exactly the same as 1 month earlier, my account was still under investigation. I also had to send in those documents again. I've kept sending them emails, but never got any answer about the status of my account.

About 1 month ago from now, I logged in to Microgaming with a friends account, so I could speak with Pokermanager. He actually told me that I could claim the money in my account, since the only reason that it was locked out was multiple aliases on the network. He told me that he would send a mail to the pokerroom I was playing at, so I could get some help solving this problem. After he sent the mail, he told me that the support from the pokerroom would contact me with more information.

Now, 1 month after that, i still haven't got any answer. I've probably sent them 50 mails since December, without getting an answer about my account.

Today I spoke with the support at the pokerroom trough their Live Support, which is really bad.

A part of the log today;
Andrea: I do apologize for the inconvenience you have been experiencing, I am trying my best to resolve this matter for you. If you be a bit patient, I assure you that a resolution can be met.
Visitor: and about how long will this take ?
Andrea: We require a copy of some valid identification showing: Your full name Date of birth Address We also request copies of the front and back of all the cards you have used to purchase credits at the casino. You may fax or email us a copy of these documents.
Visitor: I've already sent that
Visitor: two-three times
Visitor: but if I send it again, will my account be opened then ?
Andrea: no. it remains closed due to multiple aliases
Visitor: so what's the point of sending it in then? Will I get my money?
Andrea: no, sorry I just have not seen that you have already sent it
Visitor: so, you require a copy of all that, but it won't help me with anything ?
Andrea: no, we dont require any copy
you: so I'll never get my money, or my account opended?
Andrea: some of documentation u sent to us does not match with what we have on the record. Our management is going through security process. Ur account will be reopened asap

I know I broke the rules when it comes to multiple aliases, but I really think I should be allowed to play at one account. And when it comes to the support, what's wrong with Microgaming? Everything is 100% _USELESS!_, they don't help me with anything..

I feel like I'm beeing cheated at here. They always tells me that my account is still under investigation, and that I will get an mail from their Casino Management very soon. I just don't get why I can't play on that account, since all my others account is locked out. I also know that alot of proffesional players who plays at the Microgaming network uses several aliases, without getting locked out..
