Re: Welcome Bond18
Hey guys, i'll write up a quick intro into my background in this area after this tournament is done. I wasn't aware until recently that we had a health/fitness forum but am def excited to get involved.
BBL to elaborate. |

Re: Welcome Bond18
Alright so here's a quick intro into my H&F history.
I started working out very heavily around sophmore year of high school. I went from 130 pounds to 190 in about a year and worked out 4 days a week. In three years i probably missed less than 5 work outs. I did work out forums, protien, creatine, glutamine, ADCDE diet and read every fitness magazine i could get my hands on. I ate the same meals 5 times a day every day for weeks on end, etc. Unfortunately when i went to college i completely fell off my routine. I started playing poker a lot and traveling and stopped exercising just about completely. When i finally settled back in Melbourne again i joined up with the gym next door and have been working out for about 2-3 months now trying hard to get back into it after around 4 years off. I'd gotten pretty soft and flabby with all the time off so i just tried to build a routine at first. As far as posting here a lot i'll likely start by asking a lot of questions. I'm doing a cutting phase for now, but after dropping around 10-15 pounds i'll level out then concentrate on bulking quality weight. I look forward to getting involved here and getting fit again. |

Re: Welcome Bond18
Thats great bond, I read the MTTc forum all the time and see you post there alot.
I'm also trying to get in better shape. I'm athletic but am not like strong in the weightroom - I think that makes sense. |
