PT-auto rate rules for SSNL

I don't, I grabbed that from the old SSNL FAQ in the archives. I never have used autorate.

I've never understood the need for auto rating. The stats are on the table anyway and interpreting them in the action should be pretty automatic. I doubt many NL players use them.
