ePassporte - can\'t spend, can\'t withdraw, and no explanations
The balance is so small as to be unimportant, but for the last 4 weeks, I can't withdraw or spend the funds. It took ePassporte customer service 3 weeks to respond to my latest (2nd) inquiry, and this what I got:
