I think Bet/fold is better than bet call right here.

If I bet like 70 here and get raised i will be getting about 170:60 or a little worse than 3:1 to call his raise. Wouldn't that make b/c a little better than b/f?

b/c is definitely better than b/f. You've committed yourself with a turn bet as you say. I'd make the turn 70-80.
