Re: Flopped Full House
It's metagame. If he flat calls the river after keeping the pot small the whole hand, the LAG will buy him drinks all night and hook him up with the hot waitress. Overall, it's +EV.
Seriously, though, OP, just bet. If he has an ace, he'll pay you off big time. If he doesn't, he won't be putting much money in there no matter what you do, so don't worry about it. Concentrate on extracting value from an ace. Just bet and build the pot. |

Re: Flopped Full House
Hero raised to $30. Villain tanked. Said, "Do you have a club or something?" Villain called.
I'd been betting top pair NO kicker all night and folds all around. Pretty tight table overall. What would have happened if I bet $10 on the flop and he folded? I think I made the most out of this. I really don't think he would have called a push here. |

Re: Flopped Full House
wow everyone just says bet flop... I think by checking and betting the turn he will get more money... I mean stacks are so short that you only need 2 streets to get your money in..

Call because it's obvious you don't want to get money in the pot. [/ QUOTE ] |

Re: Flopped Full House
bro, if the game is super tight, you shouldn't worry about posting hands like this one. your bread and butter will come from opening your range and abusing position. post questions about these...
