Did a research paper in college on brain chemistry and memory devices. After quite a bit of research, it turns out that the toughest sequence of letters/numbers to remeber is:

l1n9a4m

Clearly this would be the best choice in case you choose to run over somone as you don't want witnesses to remeber the license plate number.

Other options include:
ITBURNZ
SLTMGNT
LVDRUGZ
BALLSWT
RIVERED
ALDYLNG
GOINDEP
ZOMGBNZ

Don't get one, Clayton. Think about how fast 2p2 expressions go out of style. It's guaranteed to either look lame from the start, or look lame in a few months.
