well you're not folding, but you're not winning either. Well... you're winning about 15% of the time. People do stupid things in blind battles. I love everything about this hand but the cap. Sure, we have 15 outs to nutty hands, and probably 3 more outs that are good.... but if we just call here, he'll def bet into us on the river so why cap it here and give him the fear of the set? The cap doesn't cost you much money though, and makes you money if you think he has less than you some 20% of the time (ie JJ-KK, A2-A4, XX).

I call cause the pot is fairly big, and because I want to see his hand there.

Why did you raise the flop? The way this game plays a slower approach brings in the $$$.

Yeah, I hate it when I flop the nut flush draw and top pair... not to mention my 3card str8.

Why do you want to see his hand more than you want to see his money? Are you one of those guys who spite calls and then says, "I thought you had AA."

Blind vs Blind is a place where you can get away with excessive action because they never believe you. You've GOT to lower your standards here. Capping with top pair, nut flush draw on the flop is, however, so incredibly standard that it shouldn't be commented on REGARDLESS of the specific situation.

I think he's talking about the river and you're talking about the flop.
