Default Live 10/20 standard AA flops overpair.

I know this is pretty stupid in a vaccuum but please just entertain me.

I have about 4500 and everyone else covers. 3 limpers to me in LP and I make it 130 with AdAs. SB and UTG call. I'm new to the game and have no reads. SB is quiet, in his late 20's, and wearing sunglasses.

Flop: Qh 7c 3c

SB bets out 200, UTG folds, what's everyones standard tentative plan from here? What do most people donk a little under half the pot with right here?

Why is a call better than a raise? This is my first time playing this high and my stakehorse is chewing me out for calling.
He thinks it is a raise. He thinks I should raise to make money from a queen and charge flush draws but he doesn't think I should be trying to get it all in.
I think I should call for pot control and to extract from weak queens.

queens, flush draws (maybe with a gutshot) and sets are generally his range. Against a total unknown I don't see any reason not to flat call his flop bet against this range.

Range here is QK, AQ, QJ, a lot of the time + a FD. flush draw, 77 and 33. I almost always raise in this spot and fold if he 3 bets. Fold if he leads the turn and check behind if he checks. If it goes total brick brick he checks twice i'd bet about half the pot on the river to get value from a Q. If he leads the river, I'd probably call unless it is a club or a Q. I really like raising this flop to find out where you are in the hand.

How often you should raise vs. call is clearly player dependent. However, with the reads that you presented, I think you should usually be calling this flop (at least 75%) and sometimes raising. If he leads the turn, definitely do not fold. The Qc is the only turn I would fold to another lead bet. I would probably have to fold if he bet the turn and river strong though, even if they were both blanks. I am only raising the turn in special situations and my image would have to be very bad and his very aggresive. If villain checks the turn, nearly always bet. You probably have an easy fold if check-raised, but I recommend soul-reading first (although this may be difficult because of villain's sunglasses).
